Dr. Jon Alan Middleton, MD

I’ve seen him twice in a row and I’ve gotten the same exact experience both times. Cuts me off when telling him my symptoms to tell me I’m fine. I’ve been sick for four weeks now. He cut me off to tell me once he was sick for five weeks and I shouldn’t complain. Terrible bedside manner, treats you like crap, super arrogant and does not know what he’s talking about. Surprised he’s even allowed to practice medicine still. Avoid avoid avoid.

It is hard to believe this guy was even a doctor. I was sitting in the doctors office when he comes in and he points to the exam table so I could sit there and he sit in my spot. He then tells me I am perfectly fine after I explain to him my issues and I should just wait to see if anything happens. I paid 125 dollars for 2 minutes of him telling me I am perfectly fine. This guy is a joke, I would avoid him if possible.

I went in to instacare on the weekend while pregnant because I was having some pain and just hoping to hear a heart beat. The front desk took my co pay fully knowing I was pregnant and that was the reason for my visit. The Dr came in didn’t even say hello and just said you are pregnant, I won’t do anything for you and left the room. He managed to be extremely condescending in the exact 15 seconds he spent in the room. A week later I got a bill saying he had billed me for a visit. For doing absolutely nothing. Won’t be going back to ihc instacare in case he’s still employed. Avoid at all cost.

I have been involved indirectly in the medical profession for more than forty years. When I came to InstaCare, frankly, I had low expectations. However, I was delighted to be surprised. Dr. Middleton could not have done a better job. Unlike many physicians in clinics who are juggling a number of patients as the same time, Dr. Middleton seemed to have all the time in the world. He listened carefully to my complaints and my medical history. He was thorough in his examination. He gave excellent explanations of my diagnosis and prognosis. I have a number of physicians as personal friends but none of them offered better care than Dr. Middleton did.

i went to instacare on Monday I had been sick all weekend dry heaving on sat, sun they were closed, I tried to make an appt with my primary dr's, I have two, they were booked for over two weeks, I had no choice but to go to bountiful instacare, I still had a cough, mucus, and severe head pressure, he gave me a prescription for nausea, which at that point I didn't need, I then asked for a dr's note for work and he only wrote one for that day, my primary dr's have ALWAYS given me a note to cover the days I missed at work, im on a points system at work so it was very important to me to get covered, he refused and said he didn't know how my other dr's could do that, this guy is a absolute jerk, full of himself, now that I've read all the reviews I would have never wasted my time or money, if he's there , GO any where else, karma will catch up to this a**whole

I came in with a sore throat and dr Middleton gave me a rectal exam.

A person claiming to be Dr. Middleton Trolls an internet website called 24 hr campfire as an anti Trump type. He does this constantly 7 days a week. To include his "working" hours. Dr. Middleton seems to have a great deal of spare time on his hands. Is the medical group aware of this during work hours for which he is supposed to be gainfully employed, and is this internet activity of which he expresses his unabashed political beliefs condoned by the companies policies and IT section. He also post many medical opinons and protocols on this website also. Has someone stolen Dr Middletons identity and using it in this manner or is it actually Dr.Middleton himself doing this. Either way Dr. Middleton needs to be asked about this by his supervisor. It seems unprofessional and is on the entire world wide web for all to see. H

rude and incompetent is my assesment

I did a flip on a trampoline upon landing the tramp screen split in half and I landed on the concrete on both my knees.  I could hardly walk when I came in, but a nurse helped me in a wheelchair. The first doctor checked my knees and went to consult with Dr Middleton about me needing an x-ray. Dr Middleton was very unprofessional and rude to the other doctor and talked down to him as if he was an idiot in front of me. He then grabbed my leg and pushed and pulled. He kept sternly saying to relax and I would try to then he would push right where it was swollen or pull or twist. I mentioned my leg and foot were going numb, I was in so much pain I hardly even opened my eyes. At one point he said I might have something with an MCL. He said if its not better in a few weeks then we will send me to a sports doctor. He then he left without telling me what to do or not to do. After the visit I was in so much pain I had no help and nothing for pain or inflammation. I don't know if I should stay… off my leg or what to do. After ten minutes of me sitting in the room confused in pain and alone the a nurse finally came in. The nurse asked me if she was supposed to wrap my knees or what and I told her I had no clue. She asked Dr Middleton and he only wanted her to wrap one of my knees. She knew I was in pain and not very happy with my treatment. I was told by the nurse that it was my right to go see another doctor if I wanted. I would have if I had another $50 for the copay. I am very disappointed and even in disbelief in the treatment from Dr Middleton. The nurses were very nice and tried to make up for his unprofessional and arrogant demeanor, which was appreciated.
