Words cannot express my gratitude for Dr. Pepper and his team. I, too, am a Septoplasty patient and had struggled with breathing properly due to a deviated septum for the past several years. My nose shape is better than before, actually. If one follows the guidelines and post-op recommendations the swelling goes down quickly and improved functionality is felt immediately after surgery and most especially after the post-op visit. One must also remember that functionality and quality of life from the regained functionality is the goal of this kind of procedure. Within these parameters, my results have far exceeded my expectations and have been life-changing. Dr. Pepper and his team were very professional and attentive throughout the entire process. I had a septum surgery when I had my consultation I expressed my concerns about changing my nose shape and he told me I wouldn't notice it. After the surgery my nose has changed dramatically I really wish I haven't done the surgery I used to like my nose shape.

Dr. Pepper is at USC. He is a nice enough guy but AWFUL at reanimation surgery. Run the other direction if you are considering this surgery with this guy. Go to a surgical center where you can see the surgeons outcomes ONLINE. I have found any surgeon that does not post any outcomes and claims it is because of the patients refusal is for good reason....because they execute poor outcomes. You may as well keep what you start with because it really is better than what you get. He does not even seem to know what is available as he advised me on a procedure that does not even exist (in current surgical procedures executed in 2016).

He was very relaxed and was very honest about that he do his best but some time it not perfect . How ever he felt that he would have no problem with my condition .
