I was referred to Dr. Peters by a retina specialist wrt flashing in my eyes. Dr. Peters listened to my concerns and ordered a few tests; I was satisfied with my initial visit and I'm confident we'll get to the bottom of my issue. I'm very happy with the referral and would recommend!

Refused to communicate with us regarding long term care of my spouse and threatened to drop her as a patient. Hey Dr. Peters, don't worry about dropping us, YOU'RE FIRED!

BROUGHT MY HUSBAND TO SEE THIS DOCTOR FOR CONFUSION AND ALTERED MENTAL STATUS REFERRED BY HIS PRIMARY CARE PHYSICIAN. HE HAS YET TO GIVE MY HUSBAND HIS RESULTS FROM A CT, EEG AND DID NOT SHOW UP FOR A FOLLOW-VISIT WE WAITED FOR ONE MONTH TO SEE HIM. ALSO PCP HAD TROUBLE GETTING RESULTS. PATIENT PORTAL IS A JOKE - CANNOT EVEN GET RESULTS SENT TO THE PORTAL. ALSO ORDERED A BRAIN MRI WITH NEUROQUANT WITH THE WRONG CPT CODE WRITTEN ON IT AND BECAUSE HE DID NOT CALL AETNA WITH REASONS FOR ORDERING THE EXAM WHICH WOULD HAVE BEEN APPROVED WITH INSURANCE - HAD TO PAY OUT OF POCKET.$3700.00. INSURANCE CONFIRMED THAT HE NEVER CONTACTED THEM OR CALLED THEM TO EXPLAIN THE REASON FOR THE EXAM, NOR DID WE HEAR FROM HIM ABOUT THE RESULTS. HIS STAFF IS RUDE AND COVERS FOR HIM WHEN ASKED TO SPEAK WITH HIM. MY HUSBAND AND I ARE VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH THIS DOCTOR AND HIS POORLY RUN OFFICE.

Dr. Peters is knowledgable, takes time with patients, offers great advice for next steps, and takes great care to help his patients. I am so thankful that I found him. I feel I am in great hands and highly recommended him.

Dr Peters is a very competent and knowledgeable doctor. He has been able to answer all my questions and knew the best medication for my condition. I am very impressed by him. He friendly and easy to talk to.

Dr.Jon Peters is very knowledgeable, patient, understanding. He personally walks out and walks back to his office with you. He takes times to go over the results with you and dies his best to help you understand. Thank you for putting my health first.

he is a great doctor with superior medical knowledge, and a excellent personality .He spends real time with patent, listens the patient very carefully and makes very accurate diagnosis. His post visit follow up is great.

He is horrible. He kept cutting me off when I questioned him. He didn't even get my medical history correct. He kicked me out of the office when I made him aware that he had my history wrong. In a previous visit he did not think my case was important enough to see me himself so he pawned me off on an inexperinced PA. He would only refill my prescription when I said that I would sue him if I had a stroke because of not having my meds.

Dr. Peters is a very competent Doctor and we have no issues with him. The staff in this office are a whole other story. They are rude, not willing to assist and argumentative. This is our 5th visit there and it is the same scenario each time. Not sure what the incompetence stems from, lack of training, etc. but they have zero customer service skills. Extremely poor service.
