DR. JON E. PICHE
    Dr. Piché received his dental degree from the Medical College of Virginia School of Dentistry in 1981. After graduation, he entered the U.S. Air Force and completed a general practice residency program at Langley AFB in Virginia. Following a tour of duty in Maine at Loring AFB, he received his graduate training in Periodontics at Wilford Hall USAF Medical Center and the University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio where he received his Master's of Science in Periodontics and his certificate in Periodontics in 1987. Dr. Piché was subsequently stationed at Davis-Monthan AFB in Arizona prior to being selected as a staff member in the U.S. Air Force post-graduate Periodontics residency program where he served until his retirement from active duty in August 1996.
    Since 1996, Dr. Piché has maintained a private practice limited to Periodontics and Dental Implants, in Yorktown, Virginia. During that time, Dr. Piché has been active in …local and state dental societies, serving as President of the Peninsula Dental Society in 2001-2002, as well as serving on numerous state dental committees.
    Dr. Piché is a Board Certified Specialist in Periodontics and is a Diplomate of the American Board of Periodontics, a member of the American Dental Association, the American Academy of Periodontology and local and state dental societies. He is a Fellow in the American College of Dentists, the International College of Dentists, the Pierre Fauchaud Academy, and the Virginia Dental Society. He is a member of the International College of Oral Implantologists.
    Dr. Piché teaches part time at the Virginia Commonwealth University, School of Dentistry as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Periodontics.
    Dr. Piché and his wife Bobbie have two children, Christine and Michael.
