Dr. Jon Mark Sieber, MD

Had to have complete left shoulder replaced in 2013. Took a lot of rehab but well worth it in the long run. Highly recommend Dr Sieber for his surgical prowess as well as his compassion for his patients.

Dr. S performed my right knee replacement and I found him to be kind, caring, and quite humorous. My knee is great now. Of course there were times I had to wait during office visits, but I put that time to good use and appreciated the time he spent with me when it was my turn.

Sieber only gives you pain medication & wants you to do physical therapy for a month. I had the '' SAME '' problem with my leg ...'' SIATIC NERVE '' 12years ago went to physical therapy for a ''MONTH '' which only made the pain '' WORSE '' but I'm sure Sieber got '' HIS KICKBACK '' from physical therapy. Finally had an '' MRI '' done went back to see Sieber, he never asked to see it until I asked him if ''HE WANTED TO SEE THE M.R.I. '' He then set it up at Community East Outpatient for a '' NERVE BLOCK '' which after a '' FEW DAYS '' the pain was gone that was about 8 years ago.

When I saw the Doctor 4 or 5 years ago I was very pleased

After checking in with a very snotty clerk, Jeff, I had the pleasure of sitting in the waiting room for almost an hour to find out it would be another 15-20 minutes before I could be taken back to an exam room (who knows how long I would have been stuck in that room waiting) I was sceptical when I was informed that the reason he was so far behind was he had nine patients that day that needed surgery and he is such a kind and thorough doctor he wanted to take his time explaining everything to his surgery patients. This gave me a little chuckle since he barely could be bothered to even look at my foot before ordering his exams. I actually had to request him to come across the exam room and look at my foot because he began talking about tests and other things before he even saw my foot or began any examination of it. I understand that surgery patients are the big money patients and so therefore they are catered to as long as their insurance company keeps forking over the big bucks. I… also understand that I was just a little money patient and therefore not as important to the practice since I was only going to net his office less than $200.00, but a little professional courtesy goes a long way. If you expect me to be 15 minutes early for my appointment then I expect you to be on time also; or at least have your staff inform me of when I can be expected to be seen. 40 minutes after my scheduled appointment time is comletely unacceptable to find out I would be waiting at least another 20 minutes. As with most healthcare specialists today you will mean absolutely nothing to him unless he can get you under the knife or run a bunch of tests on you. Don't bother with this doctor unless you are just looking for a cutter. And don't bother with the office staff unless you like being ignored and brushed off by rude people. Thanks for nothing Dr Sieber and staff!

I required emergency achilles tendon repair and was referred to Dr. Sieber thru the hospital emergency room. EVERYONE at Dr. Sieber's office has been so very nice, compassionate, personable and knowledgeable. I have never had a more pleasant surgery experience.

This Doctor is very prompt. Staff is good with the patients.Dr. Sieber does not spend much time with you on appointments. Always in a hurry.
