I went to urgent care because I was not able to walk related to back problem. After the doctor listening to me he said to me “I don’t know what you want me to do, he is not a back specialist”. I’m sure he is aware that he worked in urgent unit so maybe don’t ask stupid question like this.

Always appreciate that Dr. Smith takes whatever time is needed for questions and discussion.

Upon recommendation I set up appt. with Dr. Smith. I explained I was in a lot of pain, had X-rays completed. X-rays did not show anything including arthritis. I asked for a cortisone shot. He told me to ice and take Aleve. After several weeks pain continued to get worse. Went to another doctor and had MRI. I am now having surgery on a torn meniscus. I felt that Dr. Smith was not listening to the pain I was in and I suffered for weeks without the proper diagnosis.

Dr. Smith has performed knee reconstructions and replacements on several members of my family. As long as he is practicing, we will not see anyone else.
