wow. talk about unprofessional. lets start off with the fact that their phone lines suck, i'd rather call urgent care then Jon Trister. Even going into the office because wireless reach was not working, the ignorance of his wife was appalling as well. to top it off, I believe jon trister is a CREEP. Had me take my jonny off, I was 19 so I was a little confused and followed orders. But I will never be returning to this "practice".

The phone line is horrible. If the appointment at 3:00 you'll see him at 4:00. Took 3 days to hear from him for medical advice. When i bring up the complaints he acted unprofessional and rude. Never refer anyone to this office.

They listen & do not take your issues lightly. If you have an acute issue, they will see you right away to check it out and administer a shot or whatever is needed.

Office is slow to return calls. I've left messages on the voice mail as well as talking to office staff only to get called back a week later. This has happened several times. When I mentioned it to Dr Trister he told me to contact through the portal. I did as asked and the same thing happened. I've called with problems and ended up having to go to urgent care. What's the use in having a PCP when I end up at urgent care because I don't get a return call.

Been to this practice for many years seeing NP usually with great experience. However, my visit was disappointing this time. Told the MD that I was physically abused by a family member and he completely ignored this fact despite my cuts and bruises.

Reception people are rude and incompetent. Went to 5 appointments for my knee and he never treated it, just collected co pays, but no treatment

Dr. Trister is the most knowledgeable doctor I have found. I go to Mass Gen for appointments and always talk to Dr. Trister about what they want to do for my problem. There is no one that I trust more than DR. Trister. He took care of my father and when I saw how he was with him I knew he was the Dr. for me. His prolotherapy treatments have kept me mobile when surgeons told me I was not going to be able to walk because of stenosis of the spine. Here it is about ten years laterand I am still walking. God blessed me with him!

They don't answer the phone when I need help !!!

Would not recommend this place. Staff is not great

I as a retired physician. I have seen Dr. Trister for numerous issues. He is very informed on a wide array of problems, efficient , and direct. I would highly recommend him.
