Dr. Jonah David Murdock, MD

The Dr. is not the issue as much as his office staff. There was an emergent matter that needed attention and his office "forgot" to pass on the message for my brother to be seen! This could have potentially ended up to be an emergency room visit because of this negligence. Now he has been diagnosed with a "severe" UTI; we were suppose to get results on Monday for a prescription. This was not addressed till the office was emailed by our family on Wednesday. Even at that, a prescription was sent, but we were not notified in order to pick it up till a follow up call was made. The answer by the staff supervisor.. "It is not our fault the Dr. didn't follow up till just now." He now has no confidence in this office and needs prostate surgery for cancer. We are now looking for another urologist.

He helped save my life, I had Kidney Cancer & he removed my Kidney. He used a robot to perform the surgery & I had no bleeding, little pain & a quick recovery. I almost hate that the process is over because Dr. Jonah Murdock cares about his patients and explains every thing clearly and he is passionate about the work he does and very humble. I was scared to have the surgery 2 years ago and after speaking with Dr. Murdock it helped ease my fear.

From my experience, he doesn't know what he is doing. He prescribed for me medications. I went to the pharmacy to buy the prescriptions, I was told I had to obtain the verification from him that he prescribed the medications. I went over to his office and explained to him whatthe pharmacy wanted inorder for them to fill the prescriptions. He said that he had not done that before for any patient.The document from the pharmacy, I gave to him clearly stated that he should call the pharmacy to verify that he prescribed the medications.He never did. It's been two weeks now and he has still not called and I haven't got my medication.Because I haven't got the medications, I am suffering. The cost for that visit was $200. Our meeting lasted for no more than 15 minutes

Dr. Jonah Murdock is the ABSOLUTE BEST!!! His bedside manner is excellent and his thoroughness is impressive and his professionalism is second to none! He performed a surgical procedure for me and I was completely happy with the entire process and the end result. He walked me through the process and removed all the reservations I had. Having this issue resolved has given me my life back. I wish he was a primary care physician so I could see him for all my medical needs and regular check ups. WAY TO GO DR. MURDOCK!!! You're the BEST!!!
