Dr. Jonathan Adam Adler, MD

I have been seeing Dr. Adler for years (12) and I always have a good experience. I do not have to wait too long, the front office and technical staff are very good and he is just so personable and you can ask him anything and he will explain in detail to you. I trust him completely. I have cataracts and my vision is slowly getting worse. I know Dr. Adler will take good care of me when the time comes to schedule my surgery. I highly recommend this practice.

I'm new in town and I was told I needed cataract surgery years ago. My vision was getting very bad. I made an appointment and I can honestly say I've never been to a medical office where everyone was so genuinely kind and so caring. Dr. Adler told me my cararact in my right eye was very dense and I may have a longer healing time. I saw so great the day after surgery I couldn't believe it! Its amazing! I will be having my left eye surgery soon. I told Dr. Adler I feel so much safer driving now.

Dr. Adler was excellent. He walked me completely thru my surgery with no problems at all. Great Doctor.

I have been a patient of Dr. Adler’s for about 4 years with about 4 to 7 visits to the office. Each time I came, my service dog was with me. We are never apart, and she quietly sits in her carrier, and never makes a sound. No one would know she is in the room unless they would notice the carrier. Every office personnel, including Dr. Adler, who noticed the carrier remarked about how good she is, how cute she is or how quiet she is. This doesn’t include the women in the office because they could not see the carrier. Dr. Adler has always done well for me at visits including performing 2 cateract surgeries. I thought he would always be my eye doctor. A few weeks ago, I had an annual follow-up appointment. I waited 40 minutes and still was not called. This has happened in the past also, that you can never be called at your appointment time. For the last appointment, I was annoyed and decided to reschedule for an 8:00 am appt. at a later date so I would be assured of not… having to wait. I was standing outside of the door at 7:55 a.m. waiting for the doors to open. From around the back comes a little gray haired lady with two ponytails. She could be the doctor’s wife. I am writing this because of the rude way she spoke to me. Ms. 2pony- tails came from behind the building before the front doors were opened and said, “I told you two times that you cannot bring that dog in”. NO MAM. You never told me any such thing!! Then she said I could only bring in a seeing-eye-dog. NO MAM. Read up on the law. She told me I could have my appointment if I leave my dog in the car. NO MAM. Would you leave your diamond ring sitting on the seat of your car? Then Ms. 2pony tails, without letting me say anything, said “I’m not going to argue with you”, and walked to the back of the building from where she came. I am sure that Ms. Rudeness blew me off in this way so no one else would hear. Either the other employees wouldn’t approve or Dr. Adler, who could be her husband wouldn’t. He lost a patient and I didn’t do anything wrong but protest that my wait time was long. I had the right to speak up about the excessively long wait time.

I’m very excited after having both of my cataracts removed and seeing great for disatane and reading. I’ve never seen this well in my life.

I was very nervous after my eye glass doctor told me I was a glaucoma suspect! Dr. Adler and staff were very nice, I had testing completed and he explained what glaucoma was and why I was a suspect. Very grateful and not worried as much. I will see him in 6 months. Very personable.

I was seen at the hospital and referred to Dr. Adler. I had a corneal ulcer and no money to get the medicine or be seen every day. Dr. Adler took me aside and said please get the medicine and forget about paying me for now.... I almost cried right in front of him. Nice to be treated with respect. I will never forget that! My eye is completely better now. I started a payment plan.

I really liked Dr. Adler. He spent time explaining my dry eyes to me and all the options to treat it. He seems very caring.His office staff is very nice. The only problem I had was insurance. My insurance company wouldn't tell us if the visit would be covered.

I have had a recurring disease with both of my eyes and have seen many ophthalmologists. Dr. Adler has been the only doctor that has truly helped me. He is also one of the kindest people I have ever met. Everyone I know that has seen him loves him.
