Dr. Benson has a great bedside manner, he answered all my questions the staff was so friendly and the scheduler, Debbie, was very helpful.

If there were less than 1 star, this is what this doctor and his staff would be rated. I had to call MULTIPLE TIMES to finally get the results of my husband's colonoscopy. Never heard from Dr. Benson; no letter with his results, no phone call from him or his office. Today, we received a certified letter stating we "would have to find another doctor" and to fill out a authorization form to mail to him so my husband's records could be sent out. Too bad that this "amazing staff and doctor" didn't include the authorization from. Stay clear of this office and staff....too many good doctors in Nashville to waste your time on these bozos.

Had to pull my records and colonoscopy results, as it isn't a priority in this office to tell some one if their polyps are benign or pre-cancerous 12 days after the procedure. There were 14 patients the day I was having mine done, so do the math of what's important to this doctor.

Dr. Benson deals with sensitive healthcare issues and he is great at putting you at ease. He listens to your issues and makes a plan with you for your care. His nurse, Cynthia is very nice and makes you feel welcome. Highly recommend

Dr. Benson is personable and easy to talk to. He takes the time necessary to ensure that you understand your condition and options. His colonoscopy protocol for me is simple and easy to follow.

Appointment was made in reasonable time. Office staff were friendly. Dr Benson was thorough and answered all my questions. Definitely recommend!

It's obvious Dr. Benson genuinely cares. Even when his appointment schedule is busy, he still takes the time to listen to my concerns and answer all my questions without making my appointment feel rushed. I've been going to him for several years now and have never been disappointed with the level of care I have received.
