Dr. Jonathan Eric Bernie, MD

I have been a patient of Dr. Jonathan Bernie of Urology Associates, of Norwalk for more than five years. I have seen Dr. Bernie for annual check-ups as well as at other times over the course of this time period. I found Dr. Bernie to be outstanding, and extremely thorough. He takes the necessary time to discuss all procedures he is performing, and has also recommended some other services which required a Radiologist. He communicates very effectively and always follows up on any issue that requires further investigation. Although I am no longer living in Connecticut I plan to continue seeing Dr. Bernie for my annual exam. I have also found all of the other staff at Urology Associates to be very attentive and responsive to any calls about appointments or billing, or prescriptions. I feel very fortunate to be one of his patients and recommend him highly and without any reservations whatsoever.

I think doctor Bernie is a excellent doctor and when he greeted his patience he smiles and it makes you feel comfortable and he has a great staff they are very helpful too. I would recommend Dr.Bernie and his staff to all of my friends and family.

i had the chance to work with Dr.Bernie to remove kidney stones from both kidneys one on the right was 7 mm, the one on the left was 8 mm. Very happy with the results, I'm stones free now, and very happy with the professionalism of Dr Bernie and his staff! Thank you Dr Bernie!

Dr. Bernie has a great bedside manner. I trust his recommendations. He performed a lipotripsy on me to break up a kidney stone, it worked beautifully and it was a very easy recovery. H have great trust in his abilities.

Great guy and an excellent surgeon

I have been a patient of Dr, Bernie's for about four years now and am so grateful that my primary care physician recommended Dr. Bernie I followed his advice and had the opportunity to become one of his patients. It is easy to get an appointment and the entire staff is first rate. Each staff member and the other Physicians and nurses in the office take a personal interest in their patients. I observe this in the waiting room ( and when people check in and out of the office). Appointments are on time, and easy to schedule. I travel a lot for my work, and find that if I need to see Dr. Bernie for something unexpected, I can get in to see him. What I particularly admire about Dr. Bernie is the time he takes with me to explain any procedure or medication that he recommends. He could not be more professional, and even if I move away from the area I plan to continue to have my annual visits with Dr. Bernie and the team at Urology Associates.

Dr Bernie performed my prostate robotic surgery in 2017. Since then I have maintained a regular schedule of six month visits to him. Without exception, each visit is on time, engaging, and patient centered. I strongly believe he really is concerned with each patient's well being and takes the necessary time to ensure it. I am very satisfied with his professional work.
