I saw Dr. jonathan D Blancaflor at his Utica NY location. He treated me with respect and compassion. I recommend him 100% . His staff were wonderful as well !

Simple outpatient hernia repair. Left hospital 5 days later. Now the entire procedure needs to be undone and made right by another surgeon. Thankfully he left the state.

He operated on my mother poor woman has passed away. He screwed up on her if he didn't she would have lived a little longer.

He is very arrogant and condescending. I wouldn't recommend him to anyone and almost embarrassed to have subjected myself to him. If I could give zero stars I would.

I recommend Dr. Blancaflor without hesitation. He is very thorough and spends time with his patients. He cared about my health and explained the diagnosis and treatment. Dr. Blancaflor is dedicated to his profession and the health and well being of his patients.

Dr. Blancaflor is the type of physician for me as a patient. Straightforward, decisive, works on the schedule of the patient's statements, not the 'typical patient' charts and timetables.

Both before and during the post op appts about my surgery and how I was doing. Has a really good bedside (office) manner that is sometimes hard to find in a surgeon these days. The office wait for my post op appt was a long wait but usually its never been more than a 10 min wait.
