Dr. Bratter is an outstanding doctor. He is extremely professional, has amazing bedside manner and ensures that all questions are answered. His staff is equally kind, pleasant, helpful, courteous and attentive. I would definitely recommend him to others and family members.

I was totally impressed during my initial office visit consultation and I’m still impressed with each follow ups, He’s so patient always listens and answers any questions & concerns regarding my health and also very thorough in his explanations. This reviews has nothing to do with Dr. Bratter expertise. I do not recommend going to his office due to his poor front desk skills. I was patient of Dr. since 2012 and today I decide to walk away from his office due to lack of respect to the patient. I felt ignored and asked to sit for 30 minutes without able to schedule an appointment. Which I was not able to do so since the front desk was “too busy” answering phones and sending faxes. I never felt so horrible in a Doctor’s office as I did this time. Customer service in this practice has drop and it is a shame since I have respect for Dr. Bratter. I hope they start paying attention why people leave and acknowledge the unprofessional service given.

Dr. Bratter was my doctor through my pregnancy (high risk). I am extremely satisfied with his attention, his expertise and care. He was very attentive to my needs and he followed up with my daughter after birth (something he did not have to). He is very professional and he provides you with the time and attention that you need. He never rushes you out his office. Thank you Dr. Bratter!
