Dr. Jonathan Todd Bravman, MD

Dr. Bravman recently helped remove hardware on my clavicle from a mountain biking accident just over a year ago. He also worked to resolve pain and stiffness I’d been experiencing in my rotator cuff and shoulder. At every point of contact, Dr. Bravman and his team have been above and beyond. They spent all the time necessary to diagnose my condition, recommend a course of action, explain the risks and what to expect from surgery through recovery. Six weeks out from surgery, I’m in better shape than I might have imagined. Can’t recommend Dr. Bravman highly enough!!

My shoulder was badly injured including bones, ligaments and muscle tissue. He was clear about procedures, respectful of my communication, kind and encouraging. His work was outstanding. I have back all of what I need, and am almost like new. There is no more pain, my progress was faster and beyond other doctor's expectations and I have complete mobility. The scars are barely detectable and look like tiny cat scratches, only if you know where to look. I am forever grateful to him for his skill and compassion.

My surgery was flawless with a quick a rebound time. Couldn't be happier.

Dr Bravman is extremely unethical, inappropriate and disrespectful, and he lacks any compassion. He’s totally insensitive to a patient’s most important questions. For example, after a serious complication with my outpatient surgery, he admitted me to the hospital as an inpatient. I had to remain there for several days. He didn’t even tell me about the problem with the surgery — a nurse told me while admitting me. He finally saw me in the inpatient unit and stayed for 5-10 seconds. When I asked why my operation went awry, he would not tell me. He responded “it happens” and quickly walked away. He was completely dismissive of my question. His follow up was even more abysmal — not a single word from him during my entire inpatient stay or in subsequent weeks. As if that weren’t enough, he later sexually harrassed me and engaged in other discriminatory behavior. He was arrogant, grossly inappropriate, self-serving and opportunistic. Dr Bravman has caused me great pain and violated… the most sacred Oaths that doctors must take before receiving their licenses. This dr took advantage of me — he embarrassed, humiliated and degraded me. And he has no remorse. I have an appointment in the near future with another surgeon. I am crying as I write this review because I am very scared about putting my trust in another male physician — let alone a surgeon!!! Good orthopedists are a dime a dozen in Denver metro. If you have any self-respect, I strongly urge you to stay away from Dr bravman.

This dr has treated me for many years, generally due to medical exigency (necessity), not choice. He has been dishonest and extremely unprofessional and unethical during much of my treatment. He harassed, degraded, and humiliated me greatly. It has been quite painful — especially now.

Very pleased with Dr. Bravman and his team .... The leval of care and concern was authentic. I felt important , and above all Dr. Bravman was able to fix my elbow with light speed and with minimal downtime. Excellence ......from start to finish ! I feel blessed to have such TLC .

Dr. Bravman is excellent; however, the CU Sports office is a mess and unprofessional

Dr Bravman was on-time, courteous and took the time to actually "talk" to me, explaining my options and surgical details. He helped me greatly and I am so appreciative of his skill. Highly recommended!

My son has severve JRA in his right knee. After seeing 3 specialists at Children's Hospital and being turned down as a candidate for knee surgery because my son was still growing, we were lucky to be referred to Dr. Bravman. My son couldn't walk normally until Dr. Bravman cleaned out the arthritic tissue that was crippling his knee. He spent as much time as my son needed explaining the surgery and was terrific with the follow up visits. My son thinks Dr. Bravman is "Cool" and I am grateful that my son played sports for the first time in 4 years!
