Dr Bryant is a great doctor I highly recommend him,he will listen to you and cares about you.Everyone their is great from the front office all the way to checkout

Dr Bryant performed my knee surgery & has been great in follow up visits. He very personable & caring in his approach.

My first visit. Dr. Bryant seemed efficient, knowledgeable, and personable. No issues, pretty quick in and out, for which I was thankful!

Dr. Bryant is always professional and pleasant. He listens and responds appropriately to me as a patient. I am healing very well since he operated on my leg and I am very thankful.

Though I had not met Dr. Bryant before, he immediately went over what was happening, and is charting a solid course of action. He explained each step, and I am confident in a positive outcome. The most important thing? He listened.

I was truly concerned about visiting an unknown doctor at an urgent care on a Sunday. I was so thankful my daughter made me go. Despite all of the people needing his help he made me feel like I was his only patient while he was in the room with me. He took his time and explained everything and put me at ease. It helped that he also was able to take the pressure off of my knee. If I lived in the area I would definitely want him as my doctor. Grateful that he was willing to work on a Sunday. That shows his caring nature.

Dr Bryant seems to care and has a good attitude about him. Answers questions honestly. There was some confusion during my treatment. When I saw Dr. Bryant he sent me to Dr. box. He believed the issue with the pain in my knee was radiating from my back. Doctor box was under the impression I was sent for incontinence, which I was not. During the appointment he was telling me I was OK. My back was fine and then realized when the nurse entered the room and asked me when I had my MRI that I had not had one and I was being read the wrong report put in my chart by mistake. Dr. box apologize said I needed an MRI. In next visit to dr box was told MRI results told wasn’t causing incontinence, which that was not what I was there for & wasn’t causing the knee pain. But radiologist noted a large renal cyst on the right kidney. He referred me back to Dr. Bryant for knee. Dr Bryant genuinely seemed to care what had happened to me regarding the confusion with reports. and that I had been in… pain with knee this whole time Tear of medial meniscus he believes. Having another MRI. to determine best treatment

Dr. Bryant was very thorough and knowledgeable. Great bedside manner, very engaged, a good listener. Came in with a knee/leg injury. He examined it, checked X-rays and prescribed meds and other ways to lessen the inflammation. I also did not have to wait long which was a blessing since I was in pain. I am as very satisfied.

Dr. Bryant was great! He answered all my questions and was upfront about all my options.

Dr. Bryant was unprepared, disorganized, and appeared inept during my visit. He wanted to order more diagnostic tests solely because he could not see my previous results from other ballad facilities due to being unable to log into his ballad account. I respectfully declined because I should not be financially punished for his unpreparedness and negligence. I left without accomplishing the MRI I solely attended the appointment for, all while feeling like my time had been wasted and all I was to him was a copay. The only positive aspect of my experience was the friendly office staff and techs that guided me around the facility. This will be my third procedure through Watauga Orthopedics, and this interaction has left me with a profound distaste in my mouth. I will not be seeing him in the near future
