For over 2 years, I went to Dr Burbank, I had and have a lot of issues with my teeth. But I had a top & bottom partial made while a patient of Burbank. My bottom partial never did fit good & still doesn’t until this day. It caused several issues, and was never corrected. I have fillings that fell out the same teeth a couple times, and his work wasnt warrantee, I had to pay for the same work 2 & 3 times on particular teeth. Until this December, I went in again for filling that was done in June 2024 and he wouldn’t warrantee his work. He Wanted me to pay again, I politely got out of his dental chair and walked out. I don’t recommend this dentist. Horrible experience!!!

PATIENT BEWARE- This dentist does not charge patients the difference of what the insurance covers. He charges the patient WAY over what they should. They have been billing us DOUBLE what we should be paying and cutting us checks a month after the visit. This is horrible practice. Once we realized this, we asked them to bill the insurance before billing us and they will not do that. After confirming with my insurance what I should be charged and having the office contact them as well, they still will not charge me the correct amount so I have to wait for MY money to be refunded to me in the next few weeks. I have never seen any doctor overcharging like this. And when brought to their attention, they were very rude...
