This entire staff including Dr. Burton was absolutely horrible!!! They were rude, hateful, disrespectful, extremely unprofessional, and downright mean! He made fun of my medical conditions. I have Lupus and it causes memory loss. So I have a hard time remembering things. He was visibly upset and rude when I asked him questions covered in a video I had watched before he came in. He said at the end of the visit that I should rewatch the video, its on their website. Obviously making fun of me for not being able to remember. He bashed me for not getting my wisdom teeth out when I was younger. When I asked for his opinion on what I should do he said the only thing that would help is a time machine. Not answering the question. I left with more questions than answers. I was extremely uncomfortable. He also bashed my dentist in front of me. I refused to go there. When I called them to cancel my appointment the lady I was talking to hung up on me. HORRIBLE experience!! I will tell everyone I… know that he is the worst doctor I have ever meet!
