Will not take the common courtesy of listening. Anyone reading this will be best served going somewhere else.

I don’t know where he was trained but He needs to revisit his oath. He’s a jerk and I hate to say that about him because I try to get along with every one. Not him. He’s a Jerk!

I am somewhat disappointed, after initial appointment I am having trouble in getting a return phone call regarding that visit. Hopefully that will improve.

Front desk girls were rude when I arrived and said I arrived at wrong time even tho I had a voicemail on my phone telling me to arrive at that time. Was instructed to get undressed for my injection by dr Carlson so I did so. Dr Carlson came on the room and asked if I really wanted this injected and I replied yes, this is why I’m here. Then dr Carlson said then you have to go up front and apologize to my office staff for being rude. I wasn’t rude. Then he said well you do agree to disagree.. I said your staff needs to apologize to me, all the while the staff showed fear of dr Carlson. Dr Carlson then said, we’ll then I’m not doing your injection and told his medical assistant that if I didn’t leave to call the police. He was out of control. I am a 74 year old disabled woman. When I went back in for another appointment, I found out all of my spots had been cancelled. This is the worst situation I have encountered by a medical professional. Dr Carlson needs to retake classes with… respect to treatment of patients with pain and all the psychological Remnants that come with treating patients who are in constant pain. It requires a certain bedside manner that dr Carlson foes not possess. He definitely needs a mark on his license, only to be removed once he completes classes which focus on human spirit and patient kindness!

Dr. Carlson has been instrumental in giving me my life back. He has taken care of me for many years. I have had two spinal surgeries and still have residual pain. Together we have explored many options for helping me reduce my pain such as epidurals, ablations, medication management & most recently spinal cord stimulation. He is a big believer in treating the whole patient and therefore keeps a close eye on my overall health, including my emotional well being. I would highly recommend him to my family & friends, and I have.

The doctor appears to be well credentialed. The staff at the Glendale clinic (considered the front line) are an absolute detriment to this doctor. They are unresponsive and a complete destruction to Dr Carlson's practice.

I switced to his pain center for the level of care in which he provides.
