Dr. Jonathan Chadwick Cole, DO

Dr. Cole saved my life. If it weren’t for him finding the right medication I don’t know where I would be. He is a excellent doctor but more than that he is a exceptional person

I booked an appointment to meet with Mr. Cole a month in advance. I logged into my portal, paid the fee and joined the call. 5 minutes went by and then I received a notification that Mr. Cole. declined my visit. Never have I experienced this before.

I scheduled a telehealth appointment weeks in advance with Dr Cole. I had to confirm the appointment 3 times within 48 hours of the scheduled time. I had a personal emergency at the last second and had to jump through many hoops to be sure to be at my appointment on time. I checked into the appointment, filled out my questionnaire, and as I was waiting for him to “join” the appointment, he rejected and canceled on me 4 minutes before the scheduled time. I’m not sure what psychiatrist thinks this is okay. I desperately needed to talk to someone about my meds and stretched my supply to make it to this appointment. At the very least give me SOME consideration and cancel an hour ahead of time. Now I have to wait until September to speak to another psychiatrist. Stay far away.

Excellent doctor. Considers each patients particular circumstances; open to what their own experiences have taught them; and puts the patients’ needs at the top of the list.

He is friendly. He was eager to know my reaction to ECT. He performed ECT on me as an outpatient at the Linder Center of Hope.
