Tells you to get off of your meds when he doesn't know what he is talking about

Dr. Edelson, after being informed that i am under financial hardship with medical bills, decides it is a good idea to hire a law firm to collect a 150$ bill from 60 days ago. literally the worst, least attention to detail doctor, and just not a very good person in general. if i could give him negative 5 stars i would.

I have read other comments and knew I had to write one. I have had a chronic cough and breathing issues for over 20 years, that it is hard to function and live my life every day. Dr. Edelson has gone above and beyond to help me to try and find out the cause and to help me cope with it on a daily basis. He spends time with me, always is on top of all my refills, answers any of my guestions and never feel rushed while I’m being seen by him. His staff is always kind and polite. I would highly recommend anyone to be seen by Dr. Edelson. Cannot speak for any of the other doctors in the pulumnary group there, have never been seen by anyone but Dr. Edelson. To rate my care by Dr. Edelson, I give him 5 STARS.

This is the worst doctor and office I have ever dealt with. They don’t care if you live or die. I have severe COPD. I get severe mucus plugs. I needed a script to be reissued for saline bullets. I’m unable to get to their office due to their parking lot being far from their office. So they advised if I can’t get to the office I can’t have saline. Without it chances are I will suffocate to death eventually. I only asked for a refill to a new supplier. God forgive them.

I saw Dr. Edelson at the Williamsville location after having suffered numerous asthma-related difficulties over the years. While I found him to be a good physician, I'm only rating Pulmonary Group of WNY two stars because the one staff member running my breathing test was very rude and hostile toward me. I don't want to pile on because I know we all have bad days. However, based on other reviews I've seen and my own experience, there are probably better places for quality pulmonary care.

Rude and arrogant. Was told by his staff that he's so bad that he has to write his own reviews to jack up his score.

He was rude, explained nothing and made me feel like a number. Had no plan for me and could care less about my health. I do not want anyone else to go through this find another Dr.

I was less than 10 min late and he refused to see me. Then he makes his poor recetionost tell me thst. COWARD. What kind of doctor pushes away sick patients? I should have read these terrible reviews before I booked an appointment with him. wish there was less than one star to select.
