Dr. Jonathan Ford Finks, MD

Eff this guy...a 45 minute wait for a three-minute office visit that simply consisted of him referring to surgical notes for another doctor six years prior?!? If he's simply unable to properly diagnose a medical condition, at the very least, he could have some pride in his appearance. Waddling into the examination room looking like a disheveled Cowardly Lion does not inspire confidence in a patient. Then to top it off, the post-encounter notes were incorrect and downright false - shame on you, Chelsey Witsberger for not doing the right thing!

He has been a honest skilled surgeon. His office staff is very easy to work with.

When my local surgeon gave up Dr Finks had me fixed up ready to live again!

As a resident surgeon at the U of M, I have had opportunities to work with many different types of surgeons in many different types of specialties over the years. A few surgeons have been excellent, a few have been average, and a few have been subpar. Dr. Finks falls in the latter category. His lack of professionalism towards other staff members only serves to hurt his patients, and the comments he makes towards the patients he operates on shows how little he truly cares about them. I would not recommend this doctor to anyone.

Dr. Finks was very kind and very knowledgeable when I had surgery. He visited me every day at least once. I trust him implicitly.
