Excellent care

I really felt like the doctor was listening and hearing what I was telling him. He was very thorough and I never felt rushed. He was thoughtful and sensitive about asking questions and suggesting treatments. And I really appreciate being able to do virtual visits so I don't have the stress of driving to the main campus.

Appreciate the ability to do a virtual visit versus having to come into the office.

Dr. Florczak is very strict with his schedule, timing and patient being prepared for the appointment. But, he’s an excellent Neurologist. He’s been helping me with my ongoing chronic migraines, always trying different options if one treatment doesn’t work he always has other options. He’s been very compassionate, caring and he is very knowledgeable. I highly recommend him.

I have only good things to say about Dr. Florczak. He is one of the best doctors I have experienced. He really takes time to listen to what is going on with me, despite his very busy schedule. He responds to my MyChart notes, which I try to keep limited to that which is only necessary. Like no other doctor I have known, he goes beyond the call to help me with difficult situations and care issues.

Dr. Florczak was very kind and compassionate. He took the time to gather all of my records and to review them very thoroughly. He never acts rushed and spends time answering my questions.

Dr. Florczak is very busy yet always, kind, concerned, willing to do whatever it takes to figure out what is going on with his patients. He utilizes the expertise of the department as needed, follows up responsibly, and truly cares for the overall health of his patients. An excellent neurologist, very bright, insightful and creative problem solver in health issues.
