I have been seeing Dr. Forman for several years. He is the most efficient, compassionate, knowledgeable, patient, proactive, trustworthy, dedicated to his patients doctor I have ever seen. He never makes you feel rushed and spends all the time you need with him to make you feel confortable answering your questions and detailing his remedy for your problem. He is the physician other doctors should emulate. His office staff is also exceptional and efficient and personable. Dr. Forman is a World Class Physician!

Dr. Forman is a fantastic ENT! It’s refreshing to have a doctor who is very honest with you and truly cares about your quality of life. I was having issues with my throat and ears and his staff took care of me right away. His staff is also efficient and caring, which made the entire appointment pleasant!

Dr Forman is the best doctor I’ve ever had. I’ve been seeing him for over 6 years now. He has done corrective surgery on my septum, full sinus surgery, a tonsillectomy, adenoid removal, & was able to detect & remove lesions from my vocal cords. He is a lifesaver. Since being under his care I rarely ever get sore throats & I can breathe better than ever before. I choose going to him over any other doctor even if it’s for the common cold. He’s the only one that’s been able to effectively detect on conquer my ENT issues.

Dr. Forman is patient, friendly and thorough. He really takes his time to evaluate and even get to know you as a person, not a common trait among many physicians these days! I had visited him years ago and he remembered. Where one ENT I saw simply walked in the room and told me I needed surgery, Dr. Forman took the time to evaluate my condition and even ordered a CAT scan to be certain before "recommending", not mandating my surgery. I was admittedly anxious learning of my diagnosis and recommendation of deviated septum and turbinate reduction surgery. But Dr. Forman was very reassuring and said all the right things to assuage my concerns and anxiety. Let me tell you I found very little encouragement in my internet search, and one of the other reasons I wanted to post of my experience. You see many posts from people with negative experiences, but far fewer from those that had positive ones - I can tell you mine was very positive. Don't get me wrong, the first couple of days… post surgery were challenging, but to be expected. Now I am very pleased I decided to have my surgery, and the results have been transformational. I owe it to Dr. Forman for doing his job so well, not only the technical part but the "bedside manner" part as well. Highly recommend Dr. Forman and his office staff too - they are also great!

Dr Forman performed sinus surgery on me approximently 3 months ago, was the best decison I have ever made. I can finally breathe. i recommend him highly! I now bring my son in for ear infections.
