Dr. Jonathan William Frederick, MD

I needed some extractions. Dr nix in red bay recommended dr Frederick nearly everything from start to finish was top notch. The doctor was thorough and friendly and I trusted him right away. But the staff makes a difference. A patient deals with several people before they ever see the doctor. These people were friendly and helpful. I would recommend this office.

Dr. Frederick did an excellent job. I felt no pain either before nor after the surgery. there was very little bleeding involved as well. I was very surprised since usually if they say," you won't feel a thing", you do. I will definitely use him again!

Dr. Frederick is nice, professional, and educated. I have used him several times in the past. However, some of his staff are know-it-all deadbeats. I needed implants so I was referred to Dr. Frederick. I was told it would be over $3100 and my insurance would not pay anything. I told the lady my insurance is excellent but she said only 2 insurance companies pay implants and mine is not one of them. I decided I would have to do without those teeth because I didn't have the money. 3 months later I received a bill for $100. I looked on my insurance and they had not even filed for this bill. I called the Dr. office and a woman told me Humana would not pay it without even checking with the insurance company. She finally agreed to file it. Then I checked with my insurance company and found out they pay for implants up to my policy limits. I called her back and told her and she said "when we been doing this for so long we know without checking what they pay and Humana doesn't pay for teeth".… Humm, that is my dental insurance I told her and they pay great. She then tried to put it off on someone else. I just talked to her, not someone else. How many people are paying out of their pockets because of these know-it-alls? How many people are like me and do without getting proper implants because of this type of practice? I'm sure Dr. Frederick doesn't know how these few lazy women are treating his patients. I can not contact Dr. Frederick personally because the lady answering the phone will not let me talk to him. Would someone let him see this post please. My name is James Brewer.
