My experiences with Dr. Gandy have always been positive. He is knowledgeable, communicates well, and he and his staff work very well together. That is extremely important to me because I was very concerned and nervous about my increased eye pressure problem. He and Crystal, his assistant, both took time with me to answer my questions and put my mind at ease.

Wait time was not long. He seemed concerned and was specific on what I needed to do/ not do. Was apologetic with regard to prescription that insurance would not cover

The staff were very friendly, there was not a long wait time. The Dr. Answered all of my questions, and I felt they were very thorough.

Dr. Gandy is a very professional and good eye Doctor. Having problems with my right eye he ordered eye drops and had to go to the lab. for blood test to see what was causing the problem with my eye, so he is a very is good at what he take care of the eyes.
