Dr. Jonathan Titus Hardin, DO

Took me off of 1 med, added 5 mostly big pharma. I had to beg for medications and medical devices. He stated that the medications “won’t hurt me” because they are used for other reasons. For example, diabetes drugs you can take and not have diabetes, because they are used for weight loss too. They won’t cause you low blood sugar because of the way they work in your system. He can put you on big pharma, get the payments and meanwhile your medical insurance is being billed thousands for medications that you may not actually need. He refused to provide me with a CGM at first, laughed at me and told me it was not necessary. He is not willing to listen to you and work WITH you on your care, he has his own agenda for your health care. He and his office do not return emails and texts in a timely manner. Bloodwork was only discussed at my next visit, no phone call, no patient portal to check. He diagnosed me with something he felt needed investigated for my heart, but never followed… through completely and I was never seen by another MD concerning this heart issue while under his care.

He is a wonderful doctor who is concerned about his patient and takes his time with you not in a rush I give him credit for finding out I was in a fib and didn’t even know it. I would love to know where he is because I would go back to him in a heartbeat I’ve never been comfortable with a doctor who is as caring for his patient as him

Dr Hardin is an excellent doctor he takes time to listen and find solutions he doesn't rush in and out of the room His office staff is a different story they do not return calls or call back with test results I dont know if Dr Hardin is aware of their incompetence he needs to replace his whole office staff

Dr. Hardin is the most caring and professional physician. He is thoughtful, and makes you be part of the solution by asking your opinion and he does not have his nose stuck in the computer while speaking to you!! I love having him as my PCP!!- C Wright

This practice has no business taking on new patients when they can't return multiple phone calls from their current patients. Critical lab results go completely ignored. Call multiple times for medication refills that don't get processed until after you're already out of your meds. "Nurses" line is a voicemail that seems to never get addressed and these "nurses" never get any messages to the actual physician. If you want quality care, go somewhere else entirely!!!
