Dr. Jacobs and his nurse Felicia treat you like family. They are so comforting and the sweetest. They have always made me feel comfortable with my procedures. The results and bed side manner A+ highly recommend!!!! The whole staff is amazing btw!

I have had two significant cancers excised from my face over the past three years. In both cases, Dr. Jacobs provided detailed explanations regarding the procedures, risks, and expectations. His skill was superb, evidenced by the minimal scarring and rapid healing. He and his staff were outstanding!

WISH I HAD GONE ANYPLACE BUT TO DR. JACOBS. HAD ORIGINAL SURGERY AND TWO MORE TO FIX MY BOTCHED BREASTS. A TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE AND STILL LOOK DEFORMED. SPENT 20,000.00 FOR THIS. WORST JOB IN THE WORLD. STAY AWAY FROM HIM!!!!!!!!!!!

I had cancer 2 years ago. Dr. Jacobs did not give me any options. He said after the cancer surgery he would insert a device were he would add fluid until I was the size I wanted for the implants. He never mentioned there were other options for using my own stomach for my breast and a tummy tuck. When he put in the implants I had what they call a uniboob. I was one breast with no cleavage. I shoud have gone to another Dr. to have it corrected. I recommend Dr. Guy Jones of Norfolk VA. Before I went to see him. Dr. Jacobs did another surgery put in smaller implants and stapled and glued my cleavage. My body was all out of proportion. My stomach was big my inserts were small. Within a year my inserts were rippleling and my right breast the skin was thin above one of the implants. I was sent to Dr. Guy Jones who fixes other Plastic Surgeons mistakes. He recommended a Tram where he takes out the implants and uses my stomach for the breasts flattens my stomach and does a tummy… tuck. I now have natural looking breasts that are mine. I am now in shape for my body. Something to be proud of.

Jacobs removed all of my turbinates and excessive cartilage, my nosed has collapsed on both sides and I have been diagnosed with ENS-Empty Nose Syndrome. I have difficulty breathing ,nose bleeds and sleep apnea, I am unable to tolerate a c-pap. Revision Rhinoplasty will cost 15k-34k. I am miserable and depressed. The tip is too high with alar retraction.

I have had a number of procedures with Dr. Jacobs and can say enough about the experience and trust I have in him. I wouldn't go to anyone else!

I have been to 3 different plastic surgeons and have finally found Dr. Jacobs. He is by far the most honest, direct, and talented plastic surgeon in Virginia Beach. The staff is also great!!!

all i can say is BAD. please find a diffrent surgon. i paid a lot of money and i look horrible.

I came to Dr Jacobs because I recently had major weight loss and needed reconstructive surgery. I was thrilled with the professionalism of his office staff as well as how sincere Dr Jacobs was himself. His bedside manner is excellent and he was very thorough with my exams. He gave me his professional opinion along with several options. He reviewed the positive and negative with each option and left the decision to me, which I loved. I must say that the outcome was way better than I expected and I am just thrilled beyond belief. I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone.

Dr. Jacobs and his staff is wonderful. I have seen them for both reconstructive and cosmetic surgery and I have always been completely happy with my results. The office is well informed and up to date on all new procedures.
