Dr. Jonathan Kantor, MD

Dr Kantor is an excellent surgeon. Sadly his office staff is rude, unprofessional and dishonest. Wonder how many other patients beside myself and my husband he has lost because of this. Is he completely unaware of how bad his staff is?

After second and third opinions found that many errors were made. Dr Kantor likes to do mose surgery when I am sure it is not needed.

Do NOT go here. I had to file a Medicare Fraud report against them. Terrible.

I was very impressed by the entire staff in St Augustine....In particular, Maxwell, the PA, Amy and Bryan..These 3 were exceptional in the time they spent explaining the procedure, being very specific and, exceptionally friendly..The procedure went extremely well, and seriously...no pain..A terrific threesome..Highly recommended

The office staff is horrible - I was there a couple of days ago, went there for years and had a question for Max-would not let me talk to him. Destiny told me that the office manager has the say so not the PA-she is over the Doctor. Won't go back there again.

Left me to wait shivering with nothing to read for an extremely long time in teh exam room- Never saw an actual MD just a PA. Several tiny biopsies later came back as squamous & they then proceeded to attempt to schedule me for MANY different visits at various office locations-(including an out of town office of their's) for each one tiny spot (They take about 2-4 minutes per spot to excise)-instead of doing all 6-7 tiny spots I have at one time as I requested (Like Mayo Clinic did with ethics & honesty). Mayo no longer accepts my insurance, so I tried these people-- BIG MISTAKE. Rude always overly busy office staff refused to schedule me for one session & their "treatment" of me was nothing like the Mayo's-- NIght & day difference. I am going to change policies & go back to Mayo, just so I don't have to encounter this type of health "care" $$$$$$$

I have been a Patient of Dr Kantors , since before he had his own practice in St Augustine. His office staff leave a lot to be desired. Apart from making appointments and answering the phone, they have never helped with any questions I've had, or seemed knowledgeable or bothered to try to help me further. Several occasions I was promised call backs and nothing. Dr Kantor is a fantastic Dermatologist, and so is his PA, however his office staff do not match up to his high standards. I hope the reviews get seen my him, as it seems I am not the only patient to have complaints concerning his office staff. I have read several.

I've asked for the doctor to call me two or three times over the last three weeks I had a misunderstanding in his office and I needed to speak to Dr Kantor. I've been informed by Alex that the doctor has no intention of returning my call and that I've been discharged from the office. Both my wife and I have gone to this office for nearly three years.

Max and Zac were a great experience. Best PAs I have ever had with any docs. They were running behind due to nurses being out sick. They still spent all the time they needed to spend with me. Great pair work well together.

Dr. Kantor is great as is his staff at the medical staff at the office. The medical records staff not so much. After five attempts to obtain some of my records I have become increasingly irritated. They really shouldn't promise to call a patient back and then not follow through it is very unprofessional.
