Dr. Karnes and his office staff are the way an office SHOULD run! They are top notch, professional but very comfortable. They know their stuff, are on time, and you don't have to wait forever! Very skilled and knowledgeable and LISTEN to you. I would refer people for sure! A+++

I got much too much sun the summer I was eight years old and worry that I might develop skin cancer. I can only see so much of my body and live alone, so I should see a dermatologist once a year so they could check my entire body for skin cancer or pre cancer and take care of any they find. I saw Dr Karnes twice. Each time he came in with someone, shook hands and asked me if I had found anything he should look at. When I said I can only see part of my body he left without ever examining me. If a dermatologist doesnâ??t examine your body what good are they?
