Jonathan Philip Knowles, MD

Dr. Knowles research interests include colorectal cancer and healthcare education. Dr. Knowles is accomplished in all aspects of colorectal surgery, especially reoperative and complex surgery and stoma reversal. He manages the full array of conditions relating to the GI tract, including: colon and rectal cancer, inflammatory bowel disease, intestinal failure and short gut, ostomy revision and reversal, diverticular disease and its complications. He undertakes bowel screening and colonoscopy and manages the many common conditions that afflict the anal area: fissures, hemorrhoids, fistulas, polyps, lumps, bleeding and anal pain.
