As a retired executive with a background in customer service and conflict resolution, I always approach professional relationships with respect and a desire for collaboration — not conflict. I simply want to be treated fairly and receive thoughtful, safe care. Unfortunately, my experience with Dr. Koenig’s office fell short of that standard. My questions and concerns were met not with curiosity, interest, or care, but with a cold, bureaucratic tone that felt impersonal and unkind. When I raised valid concerns about medication safety and poor staff follow-through, the office abruptly — and without notice — ended the relationship. There was no explanation and no effort at meaningful dialogue. I was simply dismissed. Dr. Koenig prefers to delegate patient concerns to his staff, even when his direct involvement is specifically requested. That may work for some, but to me it felt dismissive and uncaring. The issues appeared to stem from disorganization, not malice — but the result was… the same. I share this not to dissuade, but to caution those who value a true “patient-first” approach to their medical care — an attribute Dr. Koenig’s office sadly lacks.

Dr Koning is the best. I have been seeing him for five years. My pain problems are multitudinous. Yeah difficult like that word lol. But he has me figured out. We do what we can as I can do it. Unfortunately, some of my pains will never completely go away due to medical issues. But he keeps me so I am I am not miserable. I have told others about him. He is patient, and will take his time to figure out what is going on. Alex his PA is awesome too. She listens thoroughly, and knows what needs to be done. The whole staff is great!! Mackala, I’m sorry I’m spelling your name wrong I’m sure, at the front desk knows what to do. She is on it!! She’s the gal to talk to! They’re all superstars. What can I say?

We have been seeing Jonathan for a couple of years now after our previous PM doctor relocated. We are so glad we found him. He thinks outside of the box and has a very good bedside manner. He is very knowledgeable and we trust him enough to send our family to him.

Excellent doctor, friendly staff. Would definitely recommend to friends and family!
