Think twice about seeing this mental health provider as our appointment with him was extremely problematic and troubling. I brought my child in for an appointment and left feeling depressed and hopeless. Unsolicited, Dr. Lauter informed me that my child had no future and 'if left on her own, couldn't find her way out of a paper bag.' I could not believe how condescending, arrogant, and frankly, hurtful his approach was. He was unhelpful in addressing the questions I came to see him about, and generally seemed uninterested in helping my daughter at all. I am still puzzled, hurt and disappointed by my visit to this doctor. Do NOT recommend.

Having been to several other doctors, he is the best. His treatment was a real breakthrough for my family.

I might not be alive today without the help he gave me. He took the time and gave the support necessary for me to recover and learn to live with my problems
