Waited over an hour and a 40 minutes,no one even popped in to check on us. Wasted day off and travel time. So unprofessional. Will find another doctor.

Dr. Leffert has taken care of me for many years and the quality of hs services have been excellent. I lost my thyroid and have diabetes and he has been a knowledgeable resource in both areas.

His office is so unorganized, they are always behind. Every appointment is like 30min to 2 hrs behind. It’s ridiculous, when you can the office they are always putting you on hold and at times they forget about you being on the line. Do not come here!

Yes, the wait time is terrible but I would say its worth it. I have had nothing but a positive experience with Dr. Leffert. The 1st time I met him he spent over 40 mins just listening to me talk about my condition. I have been going to him for the last year and have not had to change my medication. His response through portal is always prompt.. I do agree that the calls hardly ever get through and waiting time is anywhere between 45 mins to 1.5 hrs, this needs to be dealt with.

His staff is possibly the worst ever. I have called several times for my blood work and all I got was voice mail. Time for a new doctor.

I've tried for 2 weeks to get an appointment and a call back. Left my name, dob and number several times. Find another doctor if you want to speak to someone

I was referred to Dr. Leffert by my rheumatologist. If you are calling his office forget about getting a human to speak to, or any kind of timely call back. I had important bloodwork done, ordered by this doctor, which would determine my dosage of medication. After SIX days of daily phone calls and messages on their portals I finally called and pressed 'are you a physician'. Amazingly they do answer that line. (by that point I had been without medication for 10 days). Even then I couldn't get a straight answer from the PA on a new RX or speak with the doctor. Finally he called back - to the wrong phone number - and while he did apologize for the delay in "returning" my call (delay?? six days?? ) he couldn't seem figure out what he had adjusted my medication to for the past several prescriptions. He finally settled on a prescription strength and is supposed to call in a prescription. I'm hoping it is the correct strength. Between the interminable wait in the waiting room, the inability… to speak with a person or have a call returned, and the inattention to his patients, I will never return. And I recommend you don't either. We have many fine doctors in Dallas. This guy needs to retire.

We waited 120 minutes past our appointment time to see the doctor. He's fine. He's not worth the wait. The staf is unfriendly and uncaring. I saw them ignore two elsesey people who knocked on the window. And when it was finally our turn to be seen, they acted like we were inconveniencing them. Horrendous experience.

Dr.Leffert seems very knowledgeble, freindly, considerable, reliable in everyway at the initial visit even he was available on time with me, but, you'll end up frastrating with his time management issue. He doesn't care how much time you waited for. Plus, his office staff are horribly unproffetional. mostly rude and never call you back even they promised you to so. They don't care about you at all.

Been coming here for years but always wait about an hour. 2 yrs had to leave and reschedule. Drives me mad but pain in the neck to switch.
