Dr. Jonathan Lin

Dr. Lin is fantastic. He cares about his patients and takes care of them. The front office staff is rude and doesn’t schedule appointments appropriately. Then after an hour of waiting, you ask them to check to see if you’ll be called anytime soon, but they look at you like you’re in the wrong for even asking that. They are so rude and don’t even make an effort to give you an update. The worst part about visiting Dr.Lin is having to deal with his nurse, who is the rudest person I have ever met. I felt like Dr. Lin was rushing and forgot to give me a refill on my prescription. I spoke with the nurse to try and take care of it immediately so I wouldn’t have to come back. She would not even listen to me. She REFUSED to ask him about it because according to her, “I already know the answer, and the answer is no.” I couldn’t believe how she talked to me. I asked her to pull up my file . She wouldn’t even do that. So then I dug through my purse and showed her my prescription… bottle which IN FACT SAYS “1 refill”. At that point she didn’t even apologize and told me she would go talk to him. I don’t know how she has a job, and Dr.Lin is lucky that he is so awesome because between his nurse and front office staff, his patients would drop like flies.

Dr. Lin makes me feel comfortable to express my concerns about all symptoms on my body. He doesn't order any test that is not necessary for my situation. He is very patient and explains all I need to know and the reasons for his orders and prescriptions.

Dr Lin treated me when I had an allergic reaction to meds. I needed help fast and he saw me immediately. He had a great bedside manner and left a lasting impression as an excellent physician with a well organized practice.

I've been going to Dr Lin for 15 or 16 years and have always found him to insightful, careful and attentive.

Great Doctor, needs to update office appearance.

Dr. Lin is great. I have nothing positive to say at all fur his assistant. His front office staff barely work. His waiting room is dirty. However he is great.

Jonathan Lin is a wonderful doctor. My husband and I have been patients of his for several years and when my parents moved to Texas they also became his patients. He takes his time with you, listens carefully, explains his perspective and gives effective treatment. He is warm and friendly with a great bedside manner, we all trust him completely.

The doctor is real good, the staff is good too. But for some reason they didn't call me back after by test results are out , I got my test results by mail. I had to call him back to remind him about my results and a prescription for the problems I had, which is little disappointing.

Dr. Lin is very thorough, very caring and a skilled physician. My husband has never really liked a doctor until now! He spends all the time you need to assess your problem. We would give more than 4 stars if you let us!

Love him. Love his staff. He is amazing and his bedside manner is so caring. HOWEVER - most important he is SHARP and knows his medicine. I really am grateful he is my physician and HIGHLY RECOMMEND HIM - there are few like him out there and he will always refer you to the best as well. THEY ALL CARE THERE!!!! He listens.
