Dr. Jonathan Chin Hua Liu, MD

His staff is rude and manipulative. They gave me the run around from he--, making me jump through unnecessary flaming hoops. The staff made me feel overpowered by their authority as medical office personnel. They made me feel like they are in total control, and I had no control even over my own life. My life had to evolve around all they wanted me to do, including refusing reschedule an appointment that was previously schedule with a referral, and making me get another referral. Cancellation of appointments and taking up to three and a half weeks to reschedule an appointment when I was in a lot of pain. There was no consideration that I also have a life. I have been unable to even obtain my medial records and have had to threaten use of a lawyer. I have yet to receive my records. I have since left Dr. Liu because of the mistreatment of his staff.
