When we first brought Lucas to Dr. Malka, he was anxious around food and we were constantly on edge, unsure what was safe. From the start, Dr. Malka made us feel heard and supported. He really took the time to understand Lucas’s history and created a step-by-step plan that felt completely tailored to him. What stood out the most was how innovative his approach was—he didn’t just go by the book. He used the latest science, explained everything clearly, and involved us in every decision. With his guidance, we were able to safely reintroduce foods we never thought Lucas could eat again. Thanks to Dr. Malka, Lucas feels confident and excited around food now. As parents, we finally feel like we can breathe again. We’re so grateful to have found someone who truly cares and thinks outside the box.

Over tests to make money off of insurance. Condescend and curt. Dismisses other doctors notes as trivial. Scares the child with his tone and negative language. I wish I could give a lower score."

We saw Dr. Malka for my daughters Milk protein allergy and eczema! He was so informative and patient with all our questions and concerns. We walked out of our appointment feeling much better then when we walked in. Thank you Dr. Malka for such excellent care!

My child is been patient of Malka for 6 years that , he is always done and said thing to us for the well been on our daughter that suffers from eczema.. He is been a light at the end of the tunnel trying to get the right meds for my daughter.. him and his staff are amazing

We had the pleasure of Dr. Malka treating Nikolas and the difference has been remarkable. Over the past few years, his quality of life has improved dramatically. Nikolas started off with severe asthma and allergies. Now 3 years later, Nikolas has minimal asthma and few issues with allergies. Dr. Malka is a very caring and passionate doctor who has taken the time to explain everything and treat our son with the greatest of care.

Dr. Malka does a great job! I agree sometimes you have to wait, but it has always been worth it. He treats my daughter for asthma and since we’ve started going to him we have been hospital free (not always an easy task with an asthmatic). I accredit this to him and our pediatrician who reccomended him. Side note: he is sometimes blunt (or as others say rude) but I actually appreciate this - he doesn’t sugar coat things and tells you what you actually need to do to keep you child healthy. Always answers my questions thoroughly. We are very grateful to have found him.

My kids with food allergies and asthma are getting better with his treatment.

If I could possibly give him a lower score I would. He is rude, arrogant, thoughtless, passive aggressive, judgmental and has a very poor bedside manner. Hard to work with. Pediatric Associates should have fired him long ago. They lost my son as a patient because of him.
