Every expectation was met and everything was explained as to what was to take place. Professionalism of staff and at the same time I can call the doctor a good friend and will refer business if applicable. Experience would be hard to improve. I was completely satisfied with the surgery and the results. The staff lets you know up front what they are going to do and as far as service offered that is pretty much covered.

Dr. Mathy and the office staff met their pledge as stated on their website of providing 'first class service'. The office staff was pleasant, helpful, and professional. Even the outer waiting room was pleasant, comfortable, and the wonderfully uplifting Pandora.com music was entertaining and eased the anxiety of a possible surgical procedure. I am happy that Dr. Mathy 'came back to his roots' and set-up his practice in Sugar Land!

In surgery, Dr. Mathy asked my daughter in the room with me if they would like to play music for me on their I-pad, which they did. It helped make for a pleasant experience
