Dr Moore did a great job with my diabetic foot exam. Very knowledgeable and took time to explain the importance of diabetic foot health. A+++

Went to see this Dr for a gout flare up. I was a young male, and had bloodwork done and confirmed Utica acid was elevated and symptoms were 100% of a gout flare up. He said I didn’t have gout, and I needed new shoes.... several years later I still have gout but went to a different Dr and got prescribed Medicine and have no issues. This doctor is a joke.

I would write a zero star review if I could. This man is not only a narcissist and incredibly insensitive to a patient’s issues, especially women’s, he blatantly pushes products and rips people off through insurance. He is one of the wealthiest doctors in the region because of this and his reach is far. He thinks he knows everything and is extremely arrogant—and often quite WRONG. He needs a new career. Avoid his practice at all costs and research his reviews. He is one of the worst people I have ever encountered.

I was referred to Dr Moore, when I'd asked to be referred to Dr Roberts, to begin with. I had ulcers on both feet, due to bone deformities, which were calloused. Dr Moore didn't even look at my file before he saw me. He assumed I had diabetes and had no feeling in my feet, neither of which was the case. He took his callous nippers and went to cutting on my calloused ulcers, making them bleed profusely. I told him "I CAN FEEL THAT!" but he didn't stop! I would NOT recommend him, or Dr Jensen, to an enemy. Dr Roberts is the only one with a brain or any compassion in the entire place. The nurses are very nice, though. Now, thanks to Cumberland F &A, I have no legs! I'd sue them if I could!

Very rude and bossy, insisted that I needed new shoes, said that my 85 dollar reebok were cheap, and I needed to buy some of theirs!!!

My Mother had an appointment with Dr Moore. He insisted she needed these very expensive and huge ankle braces. He kept saying "It wont cost you a penny, Medicare pays for it all". She informed him she wasnt interested in the braces, they didnt fit and she would never wear them or the ugly ill fitting black shoes. He became very angry with her, stormed out of the room, and wouldn't speak to her again. He did not provide the simple AFO she was referred there for. She is a little 86 year old woman he was bullying and trying to manipulate into buying a product HE developed. Then he had the nerve to set up 2 appointments for unnecessary procedures. When she told me about her experience, I looked up the cost of the brace he was pushing, on his Moore brace website. He was going to charge $500+ to Medicare for just one brace alone, not including the shoes. She said she would never go back to him, even if her feet fall off. Shame on You Jon Moore. Shame on you.

Dr. Moore completely ignored most of my complaints and failed to provide treatment for my many of my foot problems instead trying to push expensive procedures/treatents that are unrelated to MY foot problems.
