Dr. Jonathan Ohenhen, MD

I have been going to doctors all over the state and my friend recommended Dr. Ohenhen. I have to say that Dr. Ohenhen is the only doctor who took the time to explain to me what was wrong with me and then quickly referred me to a surgeon who helped me. After sending me to the specialist, Dr. Ohenhen scheduled me to come back to check on my progress. His staff was very understanding and helpful. While waiting in the waiting room at my most recent visit, I observed several people in the waiting room who were very rude to the receptionist. Many of them complaining to her about having to pay their copays and how long they had been waiting. I felt sorry for her and the nurse because it is a small office and you can tell they were doing their best to get patients in and out as quickly as possible. I highly recommend Dr. Ohenhen. ????

I was treated like a liar by staff and O’Henhen. My medical records had not made it to his office by the day of my appointment and I was turned down to be seen, as if he would’ve had time to read all 3000 pages before he saw me anyway. Then, the woman at the front pretty much called me a liar. You don’t need my insurance money anyway, huh? Rude people. Don’t waste your time or money here.

His Arbuckle med urgent care doesn't know the dot medical requirements very well. His nurse (not certified) gave me a 3 month dot card when I was suppose to receive a 1 year card (bp158/92). Now I can't ever qualify for a 2 year card because of of the 3 month card on my record, only a 1 year card, at most, for the rest of my life.

My parents are 84 years old and are alive because of Dr. Ohenhen. He put them in the Hospital when other Drs would not. One actually released my father prematurely and if OhenHen hadn’t re-admitted him he would not be here now. He will not mess around with with a symptom and give you a it might be this or that diagnosis and a less see what happens. He will always send you to a specialist which I really like. I have never had problems with referrals or refills. A lot of the times the refill problem is at the pharmacy. Exspecially if it is Walmart. I never use them. Just recently my dad was set to have a artery opened in his leg. The 4rth one of these procedures he has had. OhenHen saw sosmethinf no one else did in his ultrasound report and told my father he may not make it through the procedure. To have the other problem addressed first. The vascular surgeon missed this completely. Ive never saw OhenHen act inappropriately with any patient. My whole family uses him and will as long as… he is in practice.

Today, as I write this blog, I am coming home from my Cardio Vascular surgeon's office where her performed a quick, easy procedure in less than 30 minutes that should completely solve my problem that I struggled with Dr. Ohenhen with over 18 months, endured numerous test and was repeatably told I needed to be on his pain management program. In my opinion, he is nothing but a "Dr. Ferlgood" that only desires to fill prescriptions for pain pills and get his patience addicted to them. I pray for these people for entrusting their care to this physician who so obviously cares nothing for them. This so-called "Doctor", in my opinion is a disgrace to his profession. STAY AWAY

Dr. Ohenhen is the most professional physician I have ever dealt with. His staff is excellent. Dr. Ohenhen and his staff truly care about their patients and are in the profession because they care about people and want to make the world a better place.

My doctor moved out of state an said this doctor would be the only doctor that wouldn't be afraid to prescribe my current medication. True he had no problem with it but the "hugs" he gave me made me start feeling very uncomfortable, I reported him an found a very very good doctor that's professional an actually looked at my back and is doing tests. I would not recommend Ohenhen to anyone, ever

Dr. Ohenhen was pleasant and very understanding. He took time to listen, and has a great bedside manner. It took me a long time to find a good doctor here in Oklahoma. He is Excellent!

Enjoyed meeting Dr. Ohenhen. Listened to my complaint carefully. Good exam experience. I was given meds with a follow-up visit. Meds worked and I'm feeling better. Was pleasantly surprised by this experience since I have only used Drs. in Norman. I will use him as my family physician from now on.
