I had recent rhinoplasty/septuloplasty with Dr. Pontell. From the initial consultation to the final post op visit, I was extremely pleased. Being a physician myself , my perspective was somewhat different. I had a full face lift and brow lift with Dr. Pontell. Everything went smoothly and 3 weeks after surgery I am looking great and my friends are impressed. The first few recovery days were the hardest due to being under anesthesia for awhile but it passed quickly and I started feeling myself again. The staff in the office are also very professional and warm. And of course there is the doctor himself - I have had prior work done by him and it was not even a question that I would go back to him for this new surgery. He is very skilled - and caring about his patients. Overall a great experience!

I went to Dr Pontell for a rhinoplasty a little over a year ago, and he was a fantastic doctor. On our first consultation he listened to what I was looking for and offered professional advice immediately. He was also fantastic at reassuring any concerns as well as answering any questions regarding the procedure / aftercare. Dr Pontell and his team went above and beyond to make sure all of my needs were met. I am a female with severe menstrual cramps, and prior to a rhinoplasty one cannot take blood thinners, which unfortunately includes many of the pain medications I use. Dr Pontell really went out of his way to make sure I would not suffer during this time and I am incredibly grateful for his help. The procedure went very smooth and I felt safe in his care. My recovery was a little harder than normal with bruising and Dr Pontell was very quick yet attentive and helpful during each check up after my surgery. He is also very skilled in his work. Now that a year has passed and all of… the swelling has gone down, I can say with confidence he absolutely hit the nail on the head with what I was looking for. As for the office, it is very clean and the staff is very accommodating and friendly. They did a fantastic job at making me feel welcome and were always quick to call me when scheduling changes needed to be made to my checkups. I would highly recommend visiting Dr Pontell if plastic surgery is something you are serious about.

I had an upper and lower eyelid surgery and I could not be happier about the results. Dr Pontell was wonderful before during and after the procedure. He is still even months later, answering my questions and taking care of any little thing that pops up
