Dr. Jonathan Nicholas Posey, MD

I was so pleased after my initial introduction to Dr. Posey; however, I quickly learned I had made the wrong choice for Primary Care. From insurance issues to pharmacy issues, I have been treated with indifference by Dr. Posey and his office...namely his nurse. I have had to do all the leg work in getting an issue addressed, to the confusion of my pharmacy and Ins. provider, who tell me that my PCP should be the one doing the work I am doing. From writing the wrong diagnosis for my prescription to being unaccommodating and unprofessional in his communication. The issue at hand has not been solved and it has been over a month. I chose a new PCP who got to work immediately on what she says is a minor issue that will be solved promptly. I do not recommend this Dr. to anyone for his lack of involvement and initiative with his patients and the incompetent nursing staff in his clinic. Patients deserve better.

Dr.Posey is professional and attentive, a refreshing find at Austin Regional Clinic. He is now my Primary Care Physician.
