Poor quality report. Repeatedly identical information from a section of a previous report from last year that was incongruous with my current physical condition for the current exam and was extremely vague with the indication he did include. His report was the same from the previous year that a specific section of an organ could not be visualized, and yet no recommendation was made for this issue. Bare minimum, low quality work.

Unreliable and vague in his interpretation. Identical information from a previous report copied and pasted. Also included information that was not true and misleading (copied and pasted as well from the previous report). Poor quality report and no recommendations regarding unclear and difficult to visualize areas that were in the vicinity of origin of symptoms.

Plagiarized information from previous scans, included information that was not true, and omitted indications for the scan that were important to include. No wonder so many people get diagnosed with cancer at stage 4, reading and interpreting a scan accurately is apparently too much for some radiologists to handle.
