I have never experienced a doctor who was so blatantly rude. He made an extremely rude comment to me while my nose was gushing with blood due to a complication with the flu swab exam. He made me feel extremely belittled and His bedside manner was horrible and I had never left feeling so upset with a doctor before. Absolutely never going back to this urgent care ever.

Dr Rill put 9 stitches in the gash in my hand, He was caring and thorough. The wound is healing well.

I went to urgent care for a skin abcess that I'd had for over a week and couldn't get into my doctor soon enough. I got into a room within 5 minutes. The staff was efficient but friendly. Dr. Rill came in to assess the abcess and was honest when I asked if it would be painful, which was helpful so I was prepared for it. He told me what he'd do before he did it, then continued to talk me through everything while he was doing it. The biggest thing for me is that I have a very low pain tolerance and when I was hyperventilating and sweating from the pain of the Anastasia shots (seriously no pain tolerance), the nurse squeezed my arm helpfully and they both were very comforting- even afterward they told me I did great and it really did make me feel better about it. He took his time so I wasn't overwhelmed right after the incision and let me calm down before he made sure I knew what should be done from then on and answered all the questions I had. The nurse was super helpful too and wish I… knew her name to give her a good review too!

Went to St. Luke's Urgent Care in Kirkwood. Saw this guy--told of him of allergy issues, yet he perscribed a known problem antibiotic. Walgreens called on my behalf and asked if he would change...he said no, if she decides to take the script and has a problem, she can sue me
