I have no doubt he is a good surgeon. However….he was antagonistic, rude, and treated me as though I was not an intelligent human being. I asked his assistant if he was having a bad day. She said he tended to be quite direct and abrupt. He came back into the room and asked me what my problem was with him. I told him and he asked if we could “start over”. I said sure. As he walked down the hall he loudly said “she doesn’t have to like me, just know how good I am”. Sorry doctor, in order for me to be confident in your treatment, I have to at least know you value me as a person and patient. I did not feel that at all. His office staff was kind and helpful and treated me how he should have.

Dr. Rosenfeld seemed fully engaged to my pain issue, asked pertinent questions concerning pain, ability, and function, and perceived another issue with my hand about which I hadn't mentioned. His qualifications are impressive and I was extremely satisfied with the return to pain-free function and mobility and his concern about the condition of my nail.

Dr. Rosenfeld is a true professional! He shared with me the results of my x-ray images and the different options that I had. After my surgical procedure at the postop visit, he shared how the surgery went and how we would go forth. This doctor is a top notch, medical professional, and I would trust his judgment and surgical practices with everyone that I know in love.
