I have been to Sanders Dermatology and Dr. Sanders is very professional and keeps you updated on what is happening and why during your visit. He makes it easy to understand what is going on and whats to come. His knowledge makes you feel your in good hands.

I was able to get in to see the doctor the same day I called to check a suspicious mole. Great staff, professional office and outstanding doctor. If you need a dermatologist in Vero Beach this is the place to go!

Please be advised that I am withdrawing as a patient of Dr. Sanders. His unprofessionalism is unacceptable. The lowering of standards and offensive behavior in his office has prompted me to find another doctor who is respectful and professional.

they try to push you into expensive MOH's surgery even when it's not necessary. they wanted to use MOH's on a small spot on my ankle which would have cost thousands. I declined and drove to see my old dermatologist in Ft. Laud. he removed the spot in 5 minutes and it ended up costing me $112. by the way you don't get to see the doctor unless you have surgery. you see his p.a.

My husband had a biopsy done on a spot on his lip. First of all the gave him and the results over the phone that it was cancer. Second when I call to make the appointment I spoke with his nurse and ask her if he should have a plastic surgeon to do it since it's on his face. She reassured me several times that Dr Sanders could do it he did it all the time. Then I called two days before the appointment to confirm the surgery and everything I was told it was a go. The day of his surgery they called and said Dr fenders just reviewed his chart and was unable to do the surgery and he needed to see a plastic surgeon. I'm sorry but what kind of a doctor wait for the day of surgery to review his patients chart! & when I asked what happened he kept trying to make excuses about how there's charts over here and sover there. So I guess he was basically saying they were unorganized! Definitely wouldn't recommend them!!

All of the negatives on tho site are 100% true! Dr. sanders does not care about his patients, he constantly talks ill of them when he walks out of the room, at times he has cursed patients out and belittled them in the exam room! The staff is unprofessional and miserable. Also, his surgical skills are atrocious!! He is close to blind(literally) and never listens to patient complaints. He acts as if he is above everyone and can do anythin he wants because he is a lawyer. Run as far and as fast as you can!!!

I am so happy that my friend recommended Dr.Sanders. I had a bump on my forehead and on biopsy it was malignant so Dr Sanders explained to me what needed to be done in a calm, professional manner. He answered all my questions and was very understanding of my concern for the result as it was just above my eyebrow. I had MOHS surgery and very good post care from his staff and then he evaluated the stitches before they were removed. I saw him recently for a check up and the staff was very courteous and friendly. I would highly recommend him.
