I luv luv this Dr he’s very compassionate he cares about your safety and I been a client for 14 years and will never go anywhere

I had a Fleur-de-lis panniculectomy with Dr. Saunders and have never been happier. His work is amazing. The scheduling with the staff was awesome. My insurance was approved and I was scheduled within 2 weeks for my surgery only 10 days later. Their office hours are flexible and they are willing to work with my work schedule to get me into the office to be seen. I can communicate to the staff via e-mail and couldn't have asked for a better plastic surgery experience.

I say we, because this was a couple thing after cancer. I am so happy that I have Dr. Saunders for my Plastic Surgeon. As for he has given me a second chance of accepting myself, after a double mastectomy, due to cancer. We love him and his staff they are all amazing. I am still going through procedures and we are very grateful. I would recommend him to anyone.

My breast augmentation experience with his office staff started off bad with the first time I ever called. They were rude, snippy, and treated me like I was less than nothing. Left my first consult feeling like he had barely even looked at me. Second consultation, I literally had to make him take out his calipers and measure me. I was able to schedule my surgery easily. Two weeks before surgery, I called to ask about the details of the implants they were ordering for me. Turns out they had ordered the WRONG PROFILE implants and had no idea until I made my call! I also changed my implant cc's two days before my surgery. About 5 minutes before I was wheeled into the OR, my surgeon finds out for the first time that I had changed the cc's...AND HE HAD THE WRONG SIZE IMPLANTS WITH HIM. I literally had to wait for them to deliver the correct implants before they could start. Postop in the afternoon I called to make my 24hr postop appointment. Had to leave a voicemail and then slept the rest… of the day as I was in so much pain and exhausted. Woke myself up as soon as the office opened the next day to call and see what time I should come in. Had to leave ANOTHER voicemail. The office didn't call me back until 4 hours later to tell me I needed to come in to see them and to suggest I come within the hour. I was livid, considering I had been calling them for the past day and a half to do just that. When I arrived, I was still in a lot of pain. They didn't see me for almost an hour, and by then my pain medicine was wearing off. I was in tears by the time I got to leave and go home and get back in bed to rest. No matter what, make sure you don't let them do this to you and treat you like this! I said something about the staff's terrible customer service, and they instantly all got nicer. Guess you need to make a serious complaint and also have a botched surgery before anything changes. My results are better than I could have ever imagined, but I want to vomit and scream and cry every time I think about what the staff put me through.

I had 2 surgeries by Dr Saunders and I am very unhappy and still fat I actually look like the hulk being as though I paid for a tummy tuck in 2015 and then 4 months ago I got lipo/Bbl in which he has no experience in. I look very square and no body sculpturing was done. I'm very sad and I tried complaining and Dr Saunders did not offer a revision instead he went back and forth with me how he didn't see what I was complaining about. I now have been hiding from my friends because they wanna see my work and I'm to embarrassed to show them I was swindled out of 11k and I'm still fat. I take photos on angle so it could look like i have curves because Dr Sainders didn't give me anyð???

Dr Saunders is 1 in a Million, His bedside manner is awesome and that he genuinely cared about what was going on with me. When I had a complication he was there and called me himself to check on how I was doing. I don't know of any others that would do that. The staff were really helpful and friendly and willing to help in what ever way they could. I would recommend Dr S to my friends and family.

I had a breast augmentation and had the best experience. Dr. Saunders and his staff were very professional and answered all my questions and put me at ease. After the surgery I was given the best care and couldn't have been happier with the results. I have since then gotten botox which Dr. Saunders injects himself and does not let a nurse or assistant do , I am very impressed and will continue to put my trust in him.

I have breast cancer and Dr. Saunders is doing my reconstruction. He has been awesome with spending as much time as I need. This has allowed me to feel comfortable and I understand what is going on, he is the best and I would highly recommend him.

His staff is completely rude...and Dr Saunders is all about the money. He may have been voted one of the best, but his bedside manner is rough around the edges.... This is a sincere review!!!!

I don't feel Dr. Saunders pays attention to his patients for post op care . Dr. Saunders has the attitude that after he's completed your surgery that's it , I could use a revision after his initial procedure but that wont happen . He seems to have forgotten he did the surgery .His staff is very rude .
