I was more than 15 late for my appt. because of the absolutely ridiculous parking at Hillcrest. When I was in the exam room the doctor referred to me as “the three o’clock”. When he came in her never looked at me. He asked questions without any comment, then continued on to tell me, with my perception of an attitude, that some of the vitamins I was taking were useless. Told me to come back in nine months, and then left. As he walked out the door, he said ‘Nice to meet you’ - pretty hollow words. It has been a long time since I have seen a doctor who made me feel bad about myself - will be finding a different doctor.

Cordial staff helped to get me an appointment within two days. Professional and caring doctor took time to discuss all my questions and concerns. One of the best doctors I have ever had an appointment with and a valuable asset to the Cleveland Clinic and Hillcrest Hospital.

Patient, responsive, personable and professional. Great staff, too.

The arrogance that emanates from this Dr's office is overwhelming.
