Dr singer’s practice may be helpful to some but it is the worst experience I have ever had with any doctor or Naturopathic. I would highly recommend finding a different doctor/naturopathic especially if needing care for a child. The practice is disorganized, not professional and incompetent. I spent over 45 minutes past my appointment time in the waiting room waiting for my appointment for my 5 year old son. The entire place was covered in dust and looked like it hadn’t been cleaned, organized, dusted or vacuumed in weeks. When I was finally seen it was a short 15 minute appointment, then I was put in another room to wait another 45 minutes to get blood work done. I had originally stated when I called and had made the appointment that I wanted allergy testing done, and was then told at my appointment that test tubes were not available that day for allergy testing, and I would have to come back for another blood test a different day. Normally that would not be a problem, but because I… lived 45 minutes from the office and had a newborn as well, that was a hassle. At this point I had been in the office for almost 2 hours with a five-year-old little boy and a newborn baby. When I finally was able to come back in for the second set of blood draws for my son, it was the worst blood draw experience I have ever had and as I have talked around with other people, nurses and doctors, they have told me that it truly was uncalled for. The lady drawing blood took *forever* to find the vein, and when she did she burst his vein and his entire forearm was bruised for over 2 weeks. He was crying the entire time but holding still and she blamed it on the fact that he was crying and therefore she couldn’t get at his vein - mind you, this was a blood draw not an IV port. Should’ve been a simple task - my son has had several blood draws, and he has always cried, and there has never been a single problem with getting his blood drawn until this draw. She was so flustered, that she ended up getting blood all over the place, and she didn’t even fill the test tube completely. I didn’t hear anything from them for a couple of weeks so I finally called to see what was up with the bloodwork test results, and she informed me that she hadn’t gotten enough blood from the first test to be able to properly do the allergy test, so I was going to have to come back in for another set of blood draws. At this point it’d been almost a month since my first initial appointment, and we still had not only no answers, but I was going to have to come back in for a third blood draw for my five year old son. I told them I wanted a refund and that I would never be back. I went to a different naturopathic, and had answers quickly and absolutely not a single problem with anything including the blood draw for my son. My son was feeling better soon after. The entire experience with Dr. Singer’s office was horrible. Traumatizing, annoying, a huge hassle, and expensive. Dr. Singer has kind bedside manners, but that is the only positive with his practice.

Dr. Singer changed my life when all other doctors were stumped about my conditions (Lyme, thyroid, nutrient deficiencies, pituitary dysfunction, etc.). He gave me hope and continues to every time I get to talk to him. Thank you, so very much.

When I first went to Dr. Singer I had been REALLY sick for a few years. Sick to the point I felt like I had the flu every minute of the day. I had created a BIG book of all my medical records, from every Dr I had been to. As I sat there crying telling Dr. Singer about all my diagnosis like, graves disease, celiac, rum arthritis, lupus, sjogren's syndrom, lyme disease, fibromyalgia and the list was growing. All these auto immune diseases and the only answer experts gave me was to take drugs to shut my immune system down because my body was supposedly attacking itself. Dr. Singer sat there listening to my life story and when I told him about loading bullets in the police academy and being in meth labs...he stopped me and said you need to be tested for heavy metals. My tests came back as having toxic levels for lead and cadmium. Dr. Singer also fixed a few other issues that I had like hormone imbalance etc. Dr. Singer is a brilliant man who will get to the bottom your health condition. He… also helped my first born get to the bottom of his health issues due to me passing along my heavy metals. I am now back to work and my health is fully restored. I do not even take a Tylenol. I owe my life to this Doctor...

I had been searching through many doctors to find more holistic treatment, and I'm so glad I came across Dr. Singer. He is brilliant, has a great sense of humor and offers services that you just can't find all in one place. The staff are great and have gotten to know them well, their job isn't easy but they do it with a smile and always try to make tough situations easier for me.

Diagnosed illness, prescribed correct medication and healed me

Dr. Singer is an extraordinarily gifted physician who helps where other doctors don't or can't. He is pleasant, humorous, and compassionate. The areas and means of treatment are indeed impressive. I have referred friends to him and they have not been disappointed. In the waiting room, one meets people who have come from many places for treatment. He truly is a doctor with knowledge and wisdom.

I was told they accepted my insurance but they made me pay up front. Later found out they did not. Did lab work without fasting causing wrong diagnosis. Staff put me on hold and didn't come back when I called about insurance issues.

I have been a patient of Dr.singer for many years. First of all, Dr. Singer is a kind and patient man. He genuinely cares for each patient. Dr. Singer values your individual opinion regarding your health. He intently listens to my concerns, then briliantly dashes them to the fire. Each visit is personalized, Dr. Singer brilliant at his trade, and I could not be happier at the outcome of each visit. Unlike an M.D. visit, which usually consists of a two minute dialoque betweem Doctor and Patient- patient endin up leaving with a bunch of prescriptions that they have no clue what to do with, because the doctor didn't take the time to even tell them what they were for, let alone the sidefects any number of the drugs will have.-- If this is what you are looking for, then don't visit DR. Singer. Dr.Singer's practice revolves around you, he is concerned with your health, and he will do anything in his power to get you feeling as good as you possible can. One more point- Dr. Singer… consults individually with each and every patient- no matter how busy he is, he will take the time to see that your needs are met!
