Dr. Jonathan Lowell Skinner, MD

Dr Skinner is a fantastic doctor, he took the time and explained my situation, and we created a game plan. My surgery was completed, yet successful. I have my life back!!! His staff was very supportive and even helped in navigating my FMLA. I am so grateful to Dr Skinner and his staff.

this doctor is a liar. He said he did surgery surgery on my fiancé to fix a dialysis port and didn’t even do the surgery the next day. He was trying to get her out of the hospital before they did her dialysis and he knew that the port would not work. He then denied what was said and when I called him out on it, he wanted to bring the cops involved. The man knows that he’s a crooked doctor. I do not recommend him. I give him zero stars, and I hope that the hospital ends up getting rid of him. it seems like he just wanted my fiancé in the hospital for a paycheck. He needs to realize that He took a oath and lived by it instead of Half assing his job He is very unprofessional and does not need to work in the medical field any longer I have also contacted the board of medicine on him and will be pursuing more legal actions also his nurse is a liar and a rude c@nt

The surgeon had performed a minor surgery on our daughter, removing a small pin stuck in her foot. The surgery experience was fine, the doctor was friendly, appointment was easily made. Things went south on the post-op appointment. We explicity asked the staff if there would be a co-pay for the post-op office visit to remove the stitches and we were informed that the visit is part of the procedure and there will not be any co-pay. After the visit we got an EOB from our insurance stating that we owed a co-pay for that visit. A few week after that we got a bill from the Dr's office. Upon following up, the staff very blatantly denied ever telling us that there won't be a co-pay for that visit. The staff very insensitively reminded us that it could have been worse, "Your daughter's foot could have been amputated" were her words in addition to reminding us that "be thankful you have insurance". If you ever want to be misguided, misinformed and spoken rudely to, you should look to speak to… Dr Skinner's inconsiderate, insensitive and rude front office staff.

Went in for Hernia repair and received excellent care. Dr. Skinner was direct and very professional. His work was completed without complication or undo discomfort. Its great when someone knows their job. CW3 L. Momeny, Ret.

I had hernia repaired and had problems after surgery that he hid from me..... would NOT recommend him. Also there was always about a 2hour wait to see him even when the appointment was first thing in the morning. Lady at the front desk needs to be trained on how to be kind to those paying her bills...

If you have to have Surgery, Dr. Skinner is a great choice. His office staff truly is outstanding. From the moment the referral was received to my surgery date, his office staff were continually friendly, helpful, available and compassionate.

The lady who works the front desk is terrible very rude

Very Friendly and thorough. He shows true compassion and I could really tell he is passionate about what he does. I am /was very pleased with Dr. Skinner.

Dr. Skinner is a highly skilled surgeon with an incredible bedside manner. He was caring, took time answering my questions and empathetic to my concerns of having surgery. A patient feels confident and respected in his care. Without a doubt he's my surgeon of choice.
