Dr. Jonathan Song, DO

I told Dr Song I was still having pain. He didn’t examine me, didn’t ask where the pain was or what triggered pain. Instead, he made excuses for why the procedure may not have worked. He said “I just do 1 procedure. The rest is on you.” I was stunned & asked what he meant. He became defensive, saying if I’m not doing mobility strength exercises that’s on me. He didn’t ask if I was doing them; just assumed I wasn’t. He was unfamiliar w my file when I mentioned previous fracture. He shook his head, walked out of the examine room, saying to his MA “I don’t know what she wants” IN A PUBLIC AREA! I asked if the appointment was over, he repeated it. He ushered me back into the examine room w his MA, &said “watch” gesturing at me. He asked, “what do you expect from your pain mgmt Dr?” flinging his arms, slapping them on his thighs, shaking his head, sighing- openly irritated. I said 1.communication ¬ doing those gestures. He called me a hypocrite, said I don’t have time for this & left.
